Joint divorce application

Joint divorce services are intended for couples who agree on the terms of their divorce and wish to proceed amicably. These services can be used to file a joint petition covering elements such as property division, spousal support, and other mutually agreed-upon arrangements. Please select the product that best fits your situation. Please note that court representation is not included. You will be responsible for preparing and filing your documents at your local district courthouse. Clear written instructions will be provided, and our customer service team is available to assist if needed. One request, prepared in full, is included with this package. Additional requests may be added for a fee of $300 + tax per request.
